> Redesigned table filters and views, plus example placeholders across workspace forms.

## Updates

**Redesigned table filters.** Workspace tables now use a single **Filters** dropdown that stages your selections until you click **Apply filters**, so the table no longer reloads on every change. Active filters appear as chips with one-click clearing. See [Workspace surfaces](/workspace-surfaces).

**Consolidated table View menu.** Saving, switching, exporting, and deleting saved views now live under a single **View** menu on each table, alongside a new **Columns** picker for choosing which columns to show. See [Workspace surfaces](/workspace-surfaces).

**Better suggestion inputs.** Free-text fields with suggested values (locations, storage areas, and similar) now show options in a clickable dropdown instead of a browser-native list, with full keyboard support.

**Example placeholders in workspace forms.** Inventory items, locations, and other workspace forms now show example values in empty fields (for example, "Blueberry jam", "BBJ-001", "lb") so it's clearer what to type. See [Inventory](/inventory) and [Settings and roles](/settings-and-roles).
