Choosing the right surface

If the question is “what do we physically have?”, start in Inventory.
If the question is “where did this lot come from or go?”, start in Traceability.
If the question is “why can I not ship or produce?”, start in Common errors, then check Inventory, Production, or Orders.
If the question is “what should finance receive?”, start in Reports and QuickBooks handoff.
If the question is “who can perform this action?”, start in Settings and roles.
